You cannot beat the advice you get from a highly trained yoga teacher.
All or 1:1 teachers are senior teachers, which means they have many years of teaching experience, a deep knowledge of human anatomy & physiology, as well as yoga philosophy and history.

Before you start your 1:1 programme you will have an in-depth wellbeing consultation with us.
We then use our expertise to create a tailored yoga & meditation plan to help you maximise your time with us.
One of the biggest benefits of 1:1 yoga is that it’s much more than fitness for your body. Our 1:1 teachers act as unofficial therapists and can provide a great source of connection. Sure, they’ll help you reach your health goals but they also care deeply about your wellbeing and can assist in improving not only your physical, but mental health.
Depending on your goals and budget, you may come to a 1:1 yoga class once a week, once a month – or like our most enthusiastic private client, a whooping 4x a week with one of our private class memberships.
