Yoga for Beginners 4-Week Summer Course

New to yoga? Our Unwind beginners course is a great way to explore yoga for the first time, or come back to yoga after a lengthy break. You learn everything you need to begin yoga, so you have the groundwork and confidence to attend regular classes, begin a home-practice and unlock a host of mind-body benefits:

  • 2 x class passes to regular scheduled yoga group classes

What do you need to take part?

Not much more than yourself and, if you like, a mat. We have sanitised mats at the studio that you can borrow if you haven't got your own to start with. How does it work?

The 4-week course takes place at Unwind Yoga Studio in the Station Parade in Cookham.
There is free parking in front of the studio. Additionally, you can book 2 group classes from our regular schedule to practice what you learn.


Cost for the 4-week course PLUS 2 group class passes is £80.
