"I am significantly stronger all over but especially in my upper body and core, my whole body is more toned. Consistent yoga has resulted in me fixing all sorts of body issues/injuries/imbalances from the constant hammer of running, cycling, swimming and (probably most damaging) from sitting in front of a computer for hours on end."
