Unwind Yoga Studio: Cancellation and Booking Policies
Cancellations & Refunds

Online payment for classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your seat.

For classes and workshops, we only accept prior payment online, no cash is kept at the premises.

Cancellations later than 4 hours (12 hours for early morning classes) prior to class start time for any reason will not be refunded or credited.

If you have a class pass or pack and cancel a class with less than 4 (or 12) hours notice or fail to turn up you will forfeit one class from your pack. This includes the drop-in class pass.

Memberships: Students with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class more than twice in 7 days without prior cancellation will have their membership status reviewed and will be charged a penalty of £15. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. Memberships may be revoked and refunded, a £50 administration charge will apply.

The late cancellation and no show penalty fee applies to all memberships and packs, including "intro offer".

Please do not ask us to break this golden rule, it is in place to ensure that all members have a positive experience and to deter consistent no shows and late cancellations.

Late arrivals may not be allowed to attend class to ensure a peaceful session for those on time.

Cancellations earlier than the required cancellation time will receive a credit towards a future class based on membership level, availability and similar cost.

Private classes need to be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours in advance or the full fee is payable.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You must provide one calendar month's notice prior to your next payment date for cancellations of memberships.

Membership fees must be paid in irrespective of whether or not the member has used the facilities.

Memberships are non refundable and non transferable after the initial 14 day cooling off period in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations (2014). You sign up for a minimum period and this will have to be honoured.

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations (2014) you are entitled to cancel an unused membership purchase and contract within 14 days from the date of purchase for which you will receive a full refund. Should you have used your membership within the 14 days cooling off period a partial refund will be provided. Any cancellation requests after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

You can hold your membership for a period of maximum 1 month within a 12 month contract period. You must provide a minimum of 14 days notice and email info@unwindyogastudio.com, the time frozen will be added to your membership duration. Minimum hold period is 1 week.

One off purchases such as the class pass packs are non refundable, non transferable and must be used within the expiry date provided when you make the initial purchase.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds given for lowered prices, the same as we will not ask you to pay more for an increased price after your payment is received,

Workshops, courses, programmes, events and similar must be cancelled a minimum of 14 days prior to their first start date to receive a full refund, no refunds can be given after.

All refunds requested by you back to your payment card will be charged an admin fee of 15% of the refund amount. You have the option of getting an account credit, which won't incur any fees.

Late payments: Memberships are charged to the member’s credit/debit card information held on file. If due fees are not paid within 10 calendar days a £20 late payment fee will be chargeable. Legal action will be taken against non-payers.
Waiting Lists
When a space becomes available in class four hours or more prior to the class start time, the first studio user on the waiting list will be added to the class and the booking system will email the studio user a notification. Studio users must opt-in to receive these notifications when registering on the website. The studio user will need to confirm they wish to attend by replying to the notification email to guarantee their space. If a confirmation is not received prior to the start of class the studio cannot guarantee the availability of the space. Once the space has been confirmed, our booking terms apply.
Class Changes, Substitutions & Change of Teacher
Classes may be cancelled by the management, teachers may be substituted or removed, class times may be altered or the days on which they operate may change. No refunds are given because of timetable changes.
Retail Refunds
Returned merchandise, excluding used or opened products/packaging, will be fully refunded if returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
Class Pass Expiration
Class Passes cannot be extended beyond their expiration date. If there is credit remaining on a Class Pass and it expires, the credit will no longer be valid.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Content included on The Unwind Yoga Studio Website and the copyright and other intellectual property rights subsisting in that Content, unless specifically labelled otherwise, belongs to or has been licensed by Us. All Content is protected by applicable United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws and treaties.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, rent, sub-licence, store, or in any other manner re-use Content from The Unwind Yoga Studio Website unless given express written permission to do so by Us.
