Why do pregnancy yoga?
Low-impact exercise, such as yoga, is the safest exercise during pregnancy. Adding meditation and breath-awareness helps you reduce stress, calm your mind and help with sleep during a time where everything is in upheaval.

What You Get
Teacher: Viv Campbell, Senior Yoga Teacher, Hypnobirthing Coach & Pregnancy Yoga Expert
Each class starts with a question & answer session where Viv (with her incredible knowledge on all things pregnancy & birth) will be available for you to ask what you want to know.
You then practice a gentle yoga flow to release tension and pains in your body, build strength for the later months in your pregnancy, and for birth.
Each week you learn Hypnobirthing breathing techniques.
You end your session with a soothing meditation.
Our studio is well equipped for your needs, with plenty of comfortable props, blankets & coziness!
When: Friday evenings, 7:00 PM (start date TBD)
Where: Unwind Yoga Studio, Station Parade, Cookham
Who: Up to 7 pregnant mummies (2nd trimester onwards) can come and practice in the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio. We have lots of props and are COVID secure for your comfort and safety.
