Yoga is one of the safest exercise forms during & immediately after pregnancy. Adding in meditation and breath-awareness reduce stress, calm your mind and help with sleep during a time where everything is changing. Our yoga classes make you strong and calm during your pregnancy, and way beyond.

 

Practice in the stillness of our calming studio. We are well equipped for your needs, with plenty of comfortable props, blankets & coziness!
