Low-impact exercise, such as yoga, is the safest exercise during & immediately after pregnancy. Adding meditation and breath-awareness helps you reduce stress, calm your mind and help with sleep during a time where everything is in upheaval.

What You Get
 

Pregnancy yoga is a wonderful way for you to connect with your baby and other new mums. Keep your body feeling strong and supple. Prepare yourself mentally and emotionally for birth and motherhood.

 

After-Pregnancy yoga helps you reconnect with your body, breath, core and pelvic floor. Take this time for yourself and share a blissful hour with other mums.​​

 

When: Saturday mornings, 10:00 - 11:15 AM from 22 October 2022 

Who: Pregnant mummies, 2nd trimester onwards | Postpartum mummies 6-10 week after birth, depending on your circumstances. Plus any mum whose pelvic floor needs a boost!
