Our Online Classes
To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, we are moving classes online so you can continue to practice with us. We wholeheartedly believe in the power of meditation and yoga as stress and anxiety busting techniques, and remain positive that during this time we can provide you with what we all need more than ever: a sliver of calm and an opportunity to breathe and move.
For the online sessions, all you need is a laptop, tablet or smartphone, a mat and some space around you.
And this is how it works:
Sign into our schedule as before and look for classes that have “ONLINE” in their name
Buy an Online Class Pass – just £10 per class (members – this is included in your membership)
You will receive a link from us via email to join the class before class starts
The first time you join, take about 10 minutes to set up the Zoom software / app on your device, phones, tablets or computers all work!
For Yoga: place your mat on the floor so you can see the screen well; have lots of props like things around you: blankets, cushions, pillows, hardcover books, belts, ties, and similar
For Meditation: Create yourself a cosy meditation space, a blanket or cushion to sit on, another blanket to keep warm. Keep the screen visible and make sure audio is working

As a small studio, the coronavirus crisis will hit us hard. We hope that you can remain loyal to us even in this crisis, and we will continue to have fun while practicing!
