Life is crazy right now, and one thing is clear: There isn't enough coffee on the planet to combat the "I barely have enough energy to shower" fatigue this new normal has caused.

 

Isn’t it true that the coronavirus pandemic has us actually deal with two contagions – the virus itself, and the ebbing and flowing of feelings it generates?

The turmoil is causing a real problem for many of us - sleepless nights.  The lack of sleep makes us so tired that we become unable to successfully handle all the extra demands of the lockdown!

You may find yourself saying, "I have no time for this amidst all I am already juggling!" 
 

The truth is, working on grounding yourself in body and mind is INVALUABLE for navigating the ups and downs of your emotions, and the resulting fatigue, INVALUABLE to get you through the lockdown with your mind in one piece.

My name is Sandra Vollrath, Owner & Director of Unwind Yoga Studio where we help exhausted and stressed multi-taskers cultivate their calm by strengthening body, mind and spirit through yoga and meditation so they can put themselves back in charge of their demanding lives.

 

Alongside my Yoga Teacher diploma, I have a postgraduate qualification in Positive Psychology, a study of the strengths that enable individuals to thrive.

Cultivating calm and fostering a positive mindset is like a native language for me and I've been using the techniques required to achieve it day in and day out for years. 

I literally cannot stand it any longer to see people struggling with the weariness of the lockdown, so that's why I created the Anchor Yourself During the Ebbs and Flows of the COVID-19 Lockdown Workshop.

I've specifically designed this 60 minute workshop to teach multi-taskers, jugglers and overachievers how to:

  • Manage thoughts and emotions

  • Learn to radically accept what cannot be changed

  • Regain focus 

  • Find a good night's sleep & successfully master the rest of the lockdown

 

You are invited to work with me personally during our workshop and learn tools and techniques to achieve the above now, and beyond the lockdown (because it will come to an end eventually!).

The workshop begins with introductions and a short lecture on the topic. We set an intention for the workshop, and I teach you the techniques and tools by:
 

  • Explaining the tools / techniques

  • Why they are considered helpful during this time

  • How you apply them successfully and sustainably

You can ask questions via a chat at any time, and at the end. There will be handouts to take away. You can email me any questions after the workshop, too.
