Take as many classes as you can fit in per week at our studio in Cookham, and you will feel your body get stronger, and your mind get calmer. Check the timetable here.
We invite you to a postural assessment to learn more about your body, how your muscles and joints work together, and how your alignment is.
Stress Level Assessment
We will do an individual stress test with you and assess what your current stress level is.
Customised Wellbeing Programme Specific To Your Needs
Using the outcomes of the above assessments, we will design as customised 28 day programme with you that will ensure real and effective improvements to your stress and wellbeing levels. We want you to be successful with this programme, and help you along the way.
4x Check-Ins With a Senior Teacher and Positive Psychology Practitioner
To be successful in anything you need to commit to consistency. We check in with you weekly to ensure you are happy with your classes, your programme and we tweak it for you when necessary.
Nutrition for Happiness
Research tells us that plant-based diets are associated with healthier mood states. The more fruits and vegetables people eat, the happier, less depressed, and more satisfied they are with their lives. We share our Plant-based Power Recipe booklet with you, with 20 recipes that make your heart sing!

I AM NOT FLEXIBLE / HAVE NEVER DONE YOGA, CAN I JOIN?
YES! We customise each programme, and if you are a total beginner, you are in the right place. We have one of the best beginner's teachers in the area and are proud to run our Non Scary Yoga for Total Beginners (and Non-Bendy People) classes with great success!
HOW MUCH DO I PAY?
Just £195 for the 28 days and you get all of the above, but most importantly, the 28 days could be the beginning of a lifelong transformation for you. We have run 6 week programmes with great success and each time have gained students from the programme that would not want to be without yoga & meditation in their lives as they are much stronger, calmer and happier now. It really is transformational!
OKAY, SO WHAT IF I LOVE IT, WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 28 DAYS?
Before the end of the 28 days we will sit down for a chat and work out the best way to join the Unwind family as a member. You can also drop in casually if you prefer no commitment, or you can continue your wellbeing and yoga journey on your own. Either way, we are here to transition you out of the time with us onto your next step.
